Number of Beds - 32
Number of Staff – about 29 therapists and 50 nursing staff (RN/LVN/PCTs)
Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 8 OTs, 8 PTs, 1 Rehab Aide, 7 Nurses, 3 PCTs, 1 UC
o Night Shift - NA
Patient Ratios – NA. Expecting 5/12-6 hours of treatment
Type of equipment – H200/L300, BURT
EMR -Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: Initiative and knowledge of inpatient rehab
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Basic knowledge of inpatient rehab
Ability to flex and work as part of a team
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Previous experience in inpatient rehab
MBSS experience (SLP therapists)
Open to working on weekends (minimum of 2 per 4 wk period expected)
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
ADLs, evaluations
Usual inpatient rehab treatments
Best personality Fit:
Outgoing, flexible, knowledgeable.

BLS
