CT Technologist Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans, ensuring patient safety, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Perform CT scans using GE CT scanners (256 slice and 64 slice).
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain equipment and report any technical issues.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
- Assist with patient positioning and comfort during procedures.
- Must hold a valid BLS certification (must be AHA).
- Current ARRT (R) (CT) certification required.
- Active Virginia state license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Shifts: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM.
- Average number of cases per day: 250+
- Holiday shifts may be required; no weekend shifts.
- Orientation period: 1 week.
- Scrub Color: Black.
