Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Maintain valid state licensure and present state or federal issued photo identification at the facility at all times
- Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required on-site at all times
- 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

- Consistent Monday through Friday daytime schedule with no weekend requirements
