Temp Warehouse - Full-time / Part-time

Penmac Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 3 to 4 weeks while a current employee is on leave. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, manufacturing, or forklift experience who are looking to gain additional experience in a fast-paced industrial environment. This Warehouse Associate position will include training on a stand-up reach forklift and offers hands-on experience supporting warehouse operations during an overnight shift.

Requirements

To be considered for this Warehouse Associate position, candidates should:

• Have previous warehouse experience
• Have previous manufacturing or forklift experience preferred
• Be able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Be flexible to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Be willing to wear a respirator while working in certain areas
• Have reliable attendance and strong work habits
• Be willing to submit to a drug screen and criminal background check

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations and material movement activities. Responsibilities may include:

• Training to operate a stand-up reach forklift safely and efficiently
• Moving materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Loading and unloading products and materials
• Assisting with inventory movement and storage
• Maintaining organized work areas and staging locations
• Following all company safety policies and procedures
• Wearing required personal protective equipment, including a respirator when necessary
• Assisting with other warehouse duties as assigned

Schedule and Pay

• Temporary Assignment (approximately 3-4 weeks)
• 3rd Shift
• Sunday through Thursday, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs
• Pay: $19.80 per hour
