Job Description
Prudential Healthcare Staffing, LLP is hiring dependable Trained Medication Aides (TMA/CNAs) for flexible PRN and per diem shifts in the Red Wing, MN area.
Choose the shifts that work with your schedule while providing medication assistance and direct care to residents in assisted living and nursing home settings.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications according to facility policies and care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Monitor and document residents’ conditions
- Report health or behavioral changes to the supervising nurse
- Follow medication-administration and infection-control procedures
- Provide respectful, compassionate, and dependable care
- Arrive on time for all accepted shifts
Requirements
- Active Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry status
- Valid Trained Medication Aide certificate
- At least six months of experience in a nursing home or assisted living facility
- Previous medication-passing experience
- Ability to pass all required background and employment screenings
- Reliable transportation to facilities in the Red Wing area
- Strong communication and documentation skills
