CAD Drafter

Precast concrete company in Buffalo, NY is looking for a drafter to join their team!!

1st shift hours

Pay varies based on experience - $55k-70k salary

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of drafting experience
• Must be proficient with AutoCAD, MS Excel, Access, etc.
• 3D rendering experience preferred
• Good understanding of dimensioning and blue print reading
• Communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Associates degree in applicable field of study
• Must be able to work independently and prioritize workload

JOB DUTIES:

• Work with project manager to determine customer specs for projects
• Create outline for projects with correct documentation and references
• Utilize AutoCAD to draft and design molds for concrete blocks and forms
• Troubleshoot design or production issues as needed
• Identify flaws or quality issues prior to design completion
