Assembler 2nd shift

Location: Clinton, TN
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Employment Solutions is looking for dependable, motivated people to join our manufacturing team as Entry-Level Assemblers. No previous manufacturing or assembly experience is required — WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with a manufacturing company and learn new skills.

• Assemble and inspect parts according to instructions.
• Trim and finish molded parts.
• Perform basic quality checks.
• Package and label finished products.
• Follow safety and production procedures.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

• No experience required — WE WILL TRAIN!
• Dependable and good attendance.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
