The Opportunity

A&M is seeking Civil Project Managers with 5-7+ years of experience in land development. You’ll work closely with Principals to manage multiple projects, lead project teams, oversee technical work, support business development, and mentor junior staff.

What You’ll Do

·         Manage multiple land development projects.

·         Perform technical quality control reviews.

·         Prepare and oversee engineering designs, calculations, construction documents, specifications, reports, and permitting submissions.

·         Develop new business and prepare proposals and budgets.

·         Supervise, train, and mentor civil engineers and designers.

·         Provide construction administration services.

·         Work with clients, regulators, senior management, and project teams.

·         Attend project meetings, public hearings, and business meetings as required.

What We’re Looking For

·         Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

·         Professional Engineer registration in Massachusetts.

·         5-7+ years of professional engineering experience.

·         Knowledge of Massachusetts land-use entitlement processes and regulations.

·         Private development experience, including due diligence, permitting, zoning, and municipal presentations.

·         Strong technical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office and civil design software, including AutoCAD and HydroCAD.

·         Ability to guide junior-level team members while maintaining QA/QC standards.
