What you'll do:

• Tour prospective residents and close leases
• Answer phone, email, and walk-in inquiries and follow up with leads
• Support marketing, occupancy goals, and resident retention

What we're looking for:

• 1+ year leasing or apartment sales experience preferred
• Comfortable with a CRM or leasing software (Yardi, Entrata, or AppFolio a plus)
• Reliable transportation and availability for some weekends
