Live-In Caregiver / Home Care Aide

We are looking for a caring, dependable, and compassionate Live-In Caregiver to provide support and assistance to individuals in an ALF (assisted living facility) in South Miami. This position is available for either 2 days per week or 5 days per week, depending on availability and the needs of the household.

The ideal candidate has previous caregiving or home care experience and is comfortable providing personal care and day-to-day assistance. A Home Health Aide certification is not required. Candidates with other caregiving certifications or relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and general care
• Assist with daily activities and personal care as needed
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, and other needs
• Provide support and assistance based on the individual's needs
• Communicate with family members regarding care and daily activities
• Provide dependable and compassionate care

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, or similar experience preferred
• Home Health Aide certification is not required
• Other relevant caregiving certifications or training are welcome
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a private home and providing live-in care

Schedule: Part-time, 2 days per week, or full-time, 5 days per week

Compensation: Based on experience; to be discussed during the interview
