How You’ll Make a Difference

• Case Development: Take true ownership of complex personal injury and premises liability files, serving as the master architect of case organization.
• Medical & Fact Analysis: Dive deep into medical records to unearth critical evidence, build bulletproof discovery packages, and manage document production.
• Client Advocacy: Act as a compassionate, professional lifeline for our clients, guiding them through the litigation process during some of their toughest moments.
• Trial Strategy: Partner directly with trial attorneys to draft pleadings, organize exhibits, and prepare powerhouse trial notebooks that win in court.

What You Bring to the Team

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with a heavy preference for plaintiff-side personal injury or premises liability.
• A proactive, "step ahead" mindset—you anticipate deadlines and solve bottlenecks before they happen.
• Exceptional communication skills; you can write a compelling legal letter and confidently brief an attorney on a case's pain points.
• Strong technical acumen, with deep experience navigating legal databases, electronic court filing systems, and modern case management software.
• The ability to work independently while remaining fiercely loyal to a tight-knit, collaborative team culture.
