CNA/ Caregiver

The CNA/Caregiver will provide compassionate and attentive care to residents within an assisted living facility. This role involves supporting patients with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring their safety and well-being across various shift types including day, night, and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Offer medication reminders and ensure timely intake
• Assist with mobility and transfer support
• Support personal hygiene and grooming needs
• Document patient conditions and care provided
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents
• Monitor safety to prevent accidents and injuries

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of caregiving experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Effective time management and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of infection control and observation techniques
