Indirect Materials Planner

Title: Supply Management Planner II - Supply Management // IM&S Planner // Indirect Materials & Services Central Planner

Location: Moline, IL - 61265-5884

Duration: 12 Months (possible extension)

Pay: $24.33/Hr. On W2 + 5 PTOs

• Will consider recent grads with excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn.
• Onsite in Moline, IL is required.

Your Responsibilities:

As an Indirect Materials & Services Central Planner, for World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, You Will:

• Convert requisitions and shopping carts to purchase orders.
• Resolve blocked invoices, delinquent orders, PO transmission and shopping cart errors.
• Educate, train, and provide on-demand customer support to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Execute annual framework process.

What Skills You Need:

• Effective communication skills (written/verbal).
• Efficiency with Microsoft Office products.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• 1 or more years supply management & logistics experience.
• 1 or more years SAP Materials Management experience.
• 1 or more years customer service.
• Procure to Pay experience (Req. to Purchase Order).
• Knowledge/experience with Supply Network (SN) applications.
• Data & analytics experience using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Education:

• Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experiences.
