Production Assembler Solderer

ISO9001 Manufacturing Firm seeking a Production Department Solderer with 2-3 years prior detailed Printed Circuit Board (PCB) surface mount soldering/manufacturing experience.  Candidate shall also possess strong electrical-mechanical assembly skills. Candidate shall be proficient in reading electrical drawings/schematics, bill of materials and standard operating procedures.

Job Duties

• Perform surface mount and through-hole soldering on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), and standard operating procedures.
• Inspect and verify product quality to meet ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
• Perform rework and repair of PCB assemblies as needed.
• Follow ESD, safety, and quality standards while maintaining a clean work area.
• Complete production documentation and support production schedules.

Requirements
ISO9001 Quality experience preferred
Strong soldering and electrical/schematic assembly skills required
Telecommunications equipment experience a plus
