Apartment Leasing Consultant

Career Strategies is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Boynton Beach, FL. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to prospective and current residents, supporting leasing operations, and contributing to a positive community environment.

Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Hours: Full-Time | Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm w/ 1 hr. lunch | Some Saturday's

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight community features and amenities.

· Manage the full leasing process, including application intake, screening, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.

· Maintain current knowledge of market conditions and assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and online listings.

· Uphold Fair Housing guidelines and company policies at all times.

· Provide prompt, friendly, and professional communication to residents and prospects.

· Support resident retention efforts, lease renewals, and community events.

· Respond to inquiries, concerns, and service requests, or direct them to the appropriate team member.

· Maintain organized leasing files, guest cards, and digital records in property management software.

· Update occupancy reports, traffic logs, and leasing activity data.

· Assist with rent collection, notices, and general office tasks as needed.

· Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure units are market-ready and prepared for move-in.

Qualifications:

• Property management or leasing experience required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of Fair Housing laws.
• Proficient with computers; experience with property management software is a plus.
• Knowledge of leasing procedures, lease paperwork, and general property operations.
