CAMDEN, SOUTH CAROLINA
Camden is South Carolina's oldest inland city — and one of its fastest-growing. The population is up more than 21% since 2020 and continues to climb over 3% a year. Just 20 minutes from Columbia, Camden pairs small-town charm with a walkable historic downtown, locally owned shops and restaurants to big draws like the world-renowned Carolina Cup steeplechase, Lake Wateree, and 150+ acres of parks and green space. It's the kind of community where your patients are also your neighbors.
