Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our Self-Perform Construction team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working on industrial or commercial electrical projects and be comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. This role will involve electrical installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and ensuring all work meets safety and applicable electrical codes and standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician in industrial or commercial construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements.
• Experience sizing conductors and conduits.
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems up to 480 VAC.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical prints, schematics, and drawings.
• Experience with electrical testing and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of electrical job-site safety and hazard assessment.
• Ability to complete pre-work/task planning focused on electrical hazards and safety procedures.
• Ability to work at heights of up to 80 feet.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
