CNA Caregiver - Urgently Hiring! SPANISH SPEAKING REQUIRED

Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need, promoting their well-being and independence.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
- Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals
- Help with mobility assistance including transferring, positioning, and lifting
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition

Skills:

- Experience in working with people with developmental disabilities or autism
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Familiarity with medical systems and terminology
- Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting is a plus
- Direct support professional or nursing background is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
