My daughter is currently 3 months old, and Im browsing for childcare options for the future, so she will be a little older by the time care begins. Im looking for someone dependable, patient, attentive, and experienced with infants. Responsibilities would include feeding, diaper changes, naps, age-appropriate play and activities, and keeping her comfortable and safe. Id like someone who communicates well and will keep me updated throughout the day. Her exact schedule and needs may change as she gets older, so Im looking for someone who can adapt to her routine as she grows.
