THE ROLE:Our site in Bloomington, MN is seeking a part-time Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team.This roleis responsible formaintaininginventory accuracy and supporting material control processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The InventoryAdvisorwill perform cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, process inventory transactions, and partner closely with warehouse, manufacturing, planning, and procurement teams to ensure materials are available and accurately reflected within inventory systems.THIS POSITION IS PART-TIME; 20-32 HOURS/WEEK. PREFERRED SCHEDULE IS MONDAY-FRIDAY WORKING HOURS ON EACH DAY. WORKING HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE.WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Conduct scheduled cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Research,identify, and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Process inventory transactions within SAP, including adjustments, transfers, receipts, and material movements.
- Monitor inventoryaccuracymetrics and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inventory variances.
- Collaborate with warehouse, production, planning, and procurement teams to reconcile inventory issues andmaintainmaterial availability.
- Review inventory reports andidentifytrends, shortages, excess inventory, and potential process concerns.
- Support annual physical inventory activities, including preparation, counting, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Verify material locations and accuracy of inventory records within warehouse and manufacturing areas.
- Maintain documentation and recordsin accordance withcompany procedures and audit requirements.
- Assistwith inventory-related projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
- Support training efforts by reinforcing inventorycontrolbest practices and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Completes miscellaneoustasks asassigned in support of the larger organization and production goals.
- Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- High school diploma or GEDrequired; Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, materials management,or a related field preferred.
- Experience with SAP or other inventory management, ERP, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment tomaintainingaccuraterecords.
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize work and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across functional teams.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the work shift.
- Must be able tolift upto 35 pounds periodically.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) isrequiredwhile performing duties inwarehouseor manufacturing areas. This may include safety glasses, safety shoes, and other required equipment.
- Must be able tofrequentlybend, reach, carry, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Must be able to work in warehouse, manufacturing, and cleanroom-adjacent environments asrequired.
- May occasionally berequiredtooperatematerial handling equipment followingappropriate trainingand certification.
- This role involves occasionally working in a clean-room environment which may requireadditionalhygiene requirements such as not usingor wearing makeup,perfumes, colognes, or other strong fragrances.

- Compensation: $23-$27 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
