Description
- Lead all field operations for a $70M ground-up industrial tilt wall project
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and site logistics
- Coordinate project execution from mobilisation through closeout
- Drive progress against schedule milestones and budget objectives
- Partner with project management teams to resolve field issues and maintain client satisfaction
Profile
A successful Travelling Superintendent - Industrial Tilt Wall should have:
- Proven experience as the lead Superintendent on large industrial tilt wall projects
- Ability to provide a detailed project list highlighting scope, value, and responsibilities
- Experience delivering projects exceeding $50M in construction value
- Willingness to travel full-time for project assignments
Job Offer
- Salary: $140,000 - $160,000
- Annual bonus target of 15% based on company and individual performance
- $1,200 monthly vehicle allowance plus fuel card
- 401(k) with company match up to 5%
