QA with Test Data Management

Please focus on these three key areas when screening:

1. Health Plan Domain Experience - Must have worked in a payer/health plan environment
2. Database/SQL Experience - Strong hands-on SQL skills (complex queries, joins, data validation)
3. Test Data Creation Experience - Even if not in a dedicated TDM role, should have experience creating test data for their own testing needs

Nice to Have: Python experience
