Accounting Specialist – Jonas Software Experience Required (Temp-to-Perm)

Schedule: Full-Time | Immediate Start

PrideStaff Financial is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to support our golf club client on day-to-day financial operations. This is a temporary role with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Hands-on experience with Jonas Club Management Software is required.Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, match POs, manage member billings, record payments, and handle collections.

• System Operations: Maintain ledgers, process daily transactions, and pull reports using Jonas software.

• Reconciliations: Assist with daily bank reconciliations, member account queries, and month-end tasks.

Qualifications

• Required: Direct experience with Jonas Club Software.

• 2+ years of hands-on A/P and A/R experience (golf or private club industry experience preferred).

• High accuracy, strong Excel skills, and the ability to start immediately.
