The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting daily operations, overseeing a small team of 1-5 members, and ensuring excellent customer service and efficient inventory management. This position involves assisting with training coordination and resolving workplace conflicts to maintain a positive and productive environment.

Responsibilities
