Dispatch Coordinator

Our client is a global marine electronics service provider seeking a Field Service Coordinator to join their team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will bring experience in dispatching or field service coordination within the marine industry. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to keep service operations, technicians, and customers connected around the clock.

Job Requirements -

- Respond promptly to customer calls and emails to meet daily service needs.

- Confirm vessel schedules and arrivals with shipping agents.

- Verify customer credit and generate service call records in the company database.

- Update customers on job progress, resolve issues, and issue completion reports.

- Coordinate depot logistics and dispatch technicians with required parts and job details.

- Review completed service work and authorize invoicing.

- Support inventory control, timekeeping, and administrative recordkeeping.

Job Requirements -

-3+ years of experience in dispatching or field service coordination.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- High proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Availability to participate in a weekend on-call rotation, including after-hours monitoring of calls and
email.

- Marine industry experience preferred.

- College degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
