• Lead all on-site construction activities for a woodframe multifamily project
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, budgets, and project milestones
• Drive safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance standards
• Coordinate with project management, ownership, and design teams
• Oversee project closeout and successful turnover to operations

Profile

A successful Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Woodframe should have:

• 8+ years of multifamily construction experience
• Proven leadership on woodframe apartment developments
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and construction sequencing
• Ability to manage subcontractors and field teams effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Offer

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 + bonus
