Pay Rate: $2100 - $2500/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients according to the plan of care.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Collect and document patient information and changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the RN or healthcare provider.
• Assist physicians and RNs with examinations and procedures.
