Location: Milpitas, CA
Pay: $24.00/hr Day Shift | $26.40/hr Swing Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday

We’re hiring Electronics Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on assembly, manufacturing, or production experience who are looking to grow in the electronics industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components using hand tools and work instructions
• Follow drawings, procedures, and quality standards
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks
• Work with small components and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Support production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or electronics experience preferred
• Cleanroom experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable using hand tools and working with small components
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed

Shift Options:

Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM — $24.00/hr
Overtime as needed, including Saturdays

Swing Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM — $26.40/hr
Includes 10% shift differential + overtime as needed
