Remote role | Mon–Thurs, 10 hours/day + rotating coverage every 3rd Friday

Candidates in central Florida are preferred, but it is not a strict requirement.

Chipton-Ross is seeking an AP Supplier Refund Analyst for a remote contract opportunity.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Very high attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)

• Clear written and verbal communication

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and resolve suspected duplicate invoices

• Audit daily wire payments for accuracy

• Validate supplier banking details

• Provide backup support for invoice audits, fraud reviews, and other AP processes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Experience working in SAP

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• Accredited Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

WORK HOURS:

• Full- Time- Monday- Thursday -10 hours/day + rotating coverage every 3rd Friday
