Maintenance Technican

Insight Global is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician in Dallas, TX for a non-profit organization.

This individual will perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting. They will respond to work orders, complete preventive maintenance tasks, assist with apartment turnovers, and maintain common areas and exterior grounds.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining tools and equipment, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting property operations as needed.

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of residential, multifamily, or facility maintenance experience
• Experience with basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical maintenance work indoors and outdoors

Plusses/ Preferred Skills

• Vocational or technical training in a skilled trade
• Experience working in affordable housing or supportive housing environments
• Familiarity with Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections and compliance
