Position Overview

The Director of Case Management is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and operational execution of the organization's case management programs. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this position ensures the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care through efficient utilization management, care coordination, and discharge planning.
