Occupational Therapist (OT) - Outpatient

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in New London, NH. The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy services, and help patients achieve maximum functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic treatments to restore function and prevent disability.
• Treat patients across different age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Use treatment techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuro-rehabilitation, and functional activities.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program or equivalent.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist with New Hampshire eligibility.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Outpatient Occupational Therapy experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
