The Patient Activation Administrative Specialist is a front-line team member responsible for welcoming patients as they arrive at the clinic and ensure they are fully onboarded with the ***’s digital health tools. This role is important to enhancing the patient’s experience by ensuring all patients are activated and educated on their health tools.

As the first point of contact in the lobby, the Patient Activation Administrative Specialist plays a key role in building trust and offering support to patients who need assistance in activating.
