Quality Assistant

Inspect and test parts, products, and systems, and assist in developing the necessary capabilities to control products and systems to meet the internal, customer and industry requirements, in a cost effective and safe working environment. This includes supporting or performing Failure Mode Analysis through Quality tools such as 8D on in-house parts or Returned Material (RMA) from the customer field and assist the local quality team in implementing and maintaining a Quality system, including audits, quality reports, controls, training in tools and methods, and monitoring variation through methods like Statistical Process Charts (SPC). This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power division in Richmond, VA.
