Bilingual Japanese/English Customer Support Specialist (Finance) (CA/YM)

A finance/banking company is looking for a Bilingual Japanese/English Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Charlotte, NC. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to Relationship Managers, maintaining customer information, conducting KYC processes, coordinating loan and deposit processes for customers. A bachelor’s degree, 2-3 years of client facing experience at a major financial institution, Corporate Cash Management/Treasury services system/product implementation experience, and the ability to speak Japanese are required. This is a hybrid, full-time, non-exempt position, with excellent benefits including 401k, plus bonus.
