Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $14 an hour
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments efficiently.
Dispatch plumbers to job sites based on priority and availability.
Communicate job details and updates to field technicians.
Monitor job progress and provide real-time support to technicians.
Maintain accurate records of work orders, customer interactions, and technician availability.
Coordinate emergency service calls and adjust schedules as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve scheduling conflicts professionally.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the plumbing, HVAC, or service industry.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent situations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
