Job Requirements:

1 year of verifiable CDL-A experience requiredMust be at least 23 years of age.Must be able to pass physical abilities test.No more then 3 jobs in the last 4 year.Good driving history, no FMCSA major violations. No DUI / OWI in the last 10 years.Must live within 75 Miles of the Manufacturing Facility (Troy, Ohio / Baldwin, WI).Reliable transportation to facility, equipment is not allowed to be taken home. 

Job Description:Clopay Transportation Company is seeking professional, safety-minded Class A CDL drivers to join our

Private Fleet based out of

Troy, Ohio. Hauling exclusively for our own manufacturing plant, our drivers enjoy consistent dedicated freight, well-maintained equipment, transparent pay, and the stability of a private carrier.

Compensation & Earnings Potential

•

Average Earnings: Drivers averaged

$105,000 in 2025. With yearly COL raises

•

Mileage Pay:

$0.79 per mile (all miles paid on based on ELD records).

•

Stop Pay:

$34.75 per stop.

•

Hourly Pay:

$26.00/hour for all non-driving activities, including:

•Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

•Fueling

•Loading, unloading, and scanning freight

•Delays and breakdown time

Route & Schedule Details

•

Schedule: Sunday departure through Friday return (home every weekend).

•

Operating Area: Primarily east of the states bordering the Mississippi River.

•

No NYC routes.

•

Freight & Handling: Transporting garage doors and related building products. Drivers assist in unloading material at destination points and scan all outbound/inbound products using mobile scanning equipment.
