Project Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support the successful commercialization of new products from concept through launch. This role serves as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Coordinate new product development and commercialization projects, ensuring key milestones, deliverables, and launch timelines are achieved.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Collaborate closely with departments such as Research & Development, Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Packaging, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure efficient project execution.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to monitor material availability, delivery schedules, and project requirements.
- Support regulatory compliance efforts by working with internal teams and customers to ensure products meet applicable quality and food safety standards.
- Identify project risks and potential roadblocks, escalating issues as needed and implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks.
- Provide ongoing project updates to stakeholders and assist with process improvements that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably within food manufacturing, food packaging, or a related industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food industry regulations and quality standards, including FDA and USDA requirements, is preferred.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external suppliers.
