Babysitter

I am a single mom with an amazing 3-year-old daughter :) I have her 5 overnights a week. Dad is completely unreliable and unwilling to help me. I work full time M-F (7:30a-4p) and I am looking for someone who might be available to watch her if she has to miss daycare. Also, ideally an emergency contact to pick her up from daycare on rare instances. It is challenging for me to leave work abruptly when her daycare calls. Maybe, also (very) rarely for an evening out :). I do not have family or many friends with kids out here, so trying to grow my little village of support for my daughter and I! Thank you!
