Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

Hello, My name is Alexandra and my husband is Ryan. We are looking for childcare for our daughter who will be 2 in December. As of right now we will need help 10-3 and 10-5 on Fridays. If this sitter could potentially pick two school age kids up(every other Friday) that would be extremely helpful (We have 4 olders with rotating custody schedules, they won't be part of care unless sitter wants additional time). Come February/March it will be our daughter and her newly born sister. I also need the occasional causal day covered for work classes (9/15) & (9/22). And a reliable person for a date night would be nice(:
