Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a great nanny for our newborn son (he will be almost 3 months old by the start date). We would also like help with cleaning his bottles and doing his laundry while he sleeps. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. Depending on the hours (approximately 9-4:30), it would also include about 30 minutes with our 3-year-old daughter after she wakes up from nap.
