Nanny Needed - Now Hiring

I work from home so I'm nearby if needed. My son is a 1. 5-year-old who enjoys playing with others, reading books and spending time outside. We are looking for someone who is calm, gentle, kind and understanding when it comes to toddlers and big emotions. Someone who genuinely loves working with kids. We don't do time outs, yelling or threats. We follow the Brat Busters YouTube parenting course where the focus is on gentle leadership. Tasks will be a simple breakfast, playtime and lunch. When the weather is nice, we have a fenced in backyard with lots of activities. There is a park only a 10 min walk from us as well. I'm open to moms who want to bring their kid along for a lower price.
