Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

I only need my downstairs area cleaned, I bathroom, kitchen (dishes done and put away) , some laundry, master bedroom and bath, guest bath. There's a formal living room and dining room.. both are rarely used. I just had knee replacement surgery and I live alone with my yorkie Jaxx, so I'm unable to clean my home myself. I am able to do most of my laundry. Upstairs does not need cleaning.. I have hard wood floors downstairs and carpet in the master bedroom
