Job Opportunity

Position: Staff RN - Labor/Delivery and Med Surg\n

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff RN to join our team in a Critical Access Hospital recognized nationally as a Top 20 Critical Access Hospital. This position requires a strong background in obstetrics, specifically in labor and delivery, while also providing support in medical-surgical (med-surg) care when obstetric needs are minimal.

Responsibilities:\n

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in labor and delivery settings.
\n
• Support med-surg patients when there are no active labor and delivery needs.
\n
• Take on Charge RN responsibilities as required.
\n
• Participate in holiday coverage based on a rotational schedule.
\n

Shift Information:\n

\n
• 12-hour shifts including weekdays and weekends.
\n
• Night shifts and holiday coverage required.
\n

Qualifications:\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on OB/Labor and Delivery.
\n
