Maintenance Director

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance operations at Wapakoneta Health Care Center.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee the department and lead a team of employees

• Utilize management experience, preferably in a long-term care facility with life safety knowledge

• Apply general knowledge of heating and air-conditioning

• Perform basic construction and repair tasks

• Conduct electrical wiring and repair work

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues

Requirements:

• This “hands-on” position requires organization and leadership/management experience preferably in a long term care facility and life safety
