Help us deliver flawless plastic components to our customers. As a Finished Goods Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll verify that parts from injection molding and secondary operations meet specifications, complete minor finishing, and package inventory for on‑time shipment.

Your Impact
  • Own the last mile of quality: validate specs, labeling, counts, and packaging before goods move to the customer.
  • Keep production flowing: swap out full containers, start new ones, and disposition finished parts with an RF scanner.
  • Protect standards: perform visual checks and use measuring tools to confirm conformance.
  • Finish parts as directed: trim runners and complete simple secondary steps (e.g., welds, inserts).
  • Support quality sorts online and offline.
  • Execute customer packaging standards precisely.
  • Use IQMS daily to label and package parts, set up for upcoming jobs, enter rejects, validate counts, find raw material, sub‑components, and packaging, account for finished goods, and move inventory within the system.
  • Document accurately: record rejects, end‑of‑run verifications, and shift counts.
  • Prepare and tear down production cells per standard work at start and end of runs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Raise your hand on mold defects, machine issues, or safety risks.
  • Show dependable, on‑time attendance and pitch in where needed.
Schedule & Consistency
  • Mon–Fri
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 pm–12:30 am
  • 3rd Shift: 12:00 am–8:30 am
  • 40 hours guaranteed with overtime potential

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years’ related experience or training preferred; manufacturing/plastics exposure preferred
  • Read and write simple instructions/correspondence; communicate effectively 1:1 or in small groups
  • Math: add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Reasoning: follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions; solve problems with multiple concrete variables in standardized settings
  • Computer: basic proficiency; Word, Excel, Access preferred; comfortable using IQMS (ERP)
