Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts

Erwin Health Care Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing clinical team on night shift. We are a long-term care and rehabilitation facility committed to providing individualized, quality care to our residents.

CNA Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work alongside our nursing team to provide hands-on care and support to our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Assist RNs and LPNs with resident care and daily needs

• Help residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility, and comfort

• Promote resident safety, dignity, and independence

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team

• Provide compassionate and respectful care

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards

Qualifications

• Current CNA Certification in Tennessee

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• New CNAs are encouraged to apply – willing to train
