Job Description
We are seeking dependable Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Gastonia, NC. In this role, you will assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards while maintaining an efficient production pace. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are looking for a consistent four-day workweek.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and components using hand tools and basic production equipment
- Follow work instructions, specifications, and established assembly procedures
- Inspect completed products for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Package, label, and prepare finished products as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and ability to work the full Monday–Thursday schedule
