Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our team. This position is responsible for assembling components, maintaining inventory, completing production records, and ensuring that all work meets our quality and production standards.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with small parts, follows instructions carefully, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to instructions, diagrams, charts, and photographs.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure a consistent production flow and prevent assembly delays.
• Conduct inventory counts at the end of each production shift.
• Complete all production records accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain wiring equipment, tools, and the work area to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Consistently meet established production and quality goals.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Leader or Production Supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills

• Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with small parts.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, diagrams, charts, photographs, and other assembly documentation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and willing to adapt to changing production needs.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
