RN/LPN Adult Unit

Salary and sign-on bonus 

• For RNs: $42/hour + $10,000 sign-on bonus (in $2,000 increments after 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and $4,000 at 24 months) 
• For LPNs: $29/hour + $7,500 sign-on bonus (in $1,500 increments after 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and $3,000 at 24 months) 
• Night differential offered 
• Opportunities for higher pay with certification in bi-lingual language proficiency

Job Highlights

• Part of a multi-disciplinary team (work with psychiatrists, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, and mental health workers). 
• Maintain a therapeutic environment 
• Manage and administer medication 
• LPN’s supervised by RNs 
• Full-time or part-time 12 hour shifts

Qualifications

• LPN’s need 2 years experience 
• Newly-graduated RNs can apply while awaiting licensure (registration required) 
• Psychiatric experience is preferred
